I'm married. I have four children, and two grandchildren. I have lived in Warren County, Ohio for the past fifteen years.
My favorite thing is spending time with my two grandchildren and my wife. Saturdays are very special to me because I take Megan, our seven year old granddaughter to her horse back riding lessons. She has been learning to ride English style for the past year. She is a natural when it comes to riding-she'll be a great champion someday and I am very proud of her. Saturday evenings are usually our skating or movie night. Mya, who is four, is learning to skate and loves to bake cookies with grammy and pappy. She'll spend the entire day asking, "pappy, how many minutes until tonight?" Saturday evenings are also spent watching home movies of the girls when they were little. This is Mya’s favorite thing to do. Mya loves her Grammy... :-)
The girls and I do a lot of cooking together. They are really proud of themselves when they have helped contribute to making a meal, baking cookies or washing dishes. They love to decorate the dinner table and have my wife and I sit down to a "fancy" dinner. I enjoy their wonderful imaginations and watching them experience being successful at doing something on their own.
I also enjoy reading, growing annuals and perennials from seed and growing organic produce.
